Strength and Conditioning at Quick Hands
To improve our athletes’ performance, as strength coaches, we make critical observations that help shape the way we train them. Most sports are played where force needs to be applied to the ground and that athletes must master triple extension (hips, knees, and ankles). An athlete must also coordinate and utilize every muscle, tendon, ligament and joint throughout the body in a full range of motion and explosive manner.

Coach Cracas has his Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification, Advanced Personal Training Certification through International Fitness Professionals (IFPA). He has performed Strength and Conditioning training for athletes ranging in age from 10 years old to 24 years old. This also includes when he was the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for Oberlin College and oversaw the programming for all their varsity sports. He currently oversees the entire Strength and Conditioning program for the women's soccer program at Hiram College.
